Because custom photo magnets are made specifically for you, all sales are final.

  • ❌ No returns or refunds on custom photo magnets

  • ❌ Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your custom magnet arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at novequeofficial@gmail.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Jewelry Returns for Damage

  • Jewelry may be reported for return or replacement within 7 days of purchase only if the item is damaged

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days and provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos showing the damage

    • Photos of original packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Important Notes

  • ❌ Jewelry that is not damaged is not eligible for return or refund

  • ❌ Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to usage, or accidental damage after delivery is not covered

  • ❌ All jewelry sales are final beyond the 7-day damage reporting window
